Scots Hub school signs

Financial close has been reached on the Levenmouth High School design, build, finance and maintain project under the Hub East Central Scotland programme.

The deal was signed just before Christmas, with Bam Construction delivering the new building. The firm has been on-site since March last year, when it was approved to undertake early works ahead of the contract being signed.

Aviva is providing £39m of debt to the £42.5m project over the 26-year contract, with the Hub partners providing the equity in the deal.
